check lods
make sure your model has tags/layer of 'item'
Its a cpy+paste of the Maplestrike

Why do you have mesh filterer and renderer on your item prefab?
I'm not sure if that is the issue but it's not necessary there
I'm also not sure about the scale, I'd recommend grabbing the fbx settings of a vanilla fbx model (there is a button for creating presets) and apply that to your model
Once again not sure if that is the issue but 200 seems excessive
Its scaled to the same size as a maple strike I dont do the blender side of things
Well you can still change the fbx settings, that's in unity

Honestly besides tags/layers and model in the lod group I'm not sure what it could be so I'm trying to point out everything odd

If you are using unity3d to bundle you can rebundle your item, do /reload guid and then respawn item to reload it btw
I'm kinda clueless then sorry, maybe someone else will have idea
