I made a bulletproof vest and when I threw it into the unturned files, it is not issued to me in the game and gives an error in the logs:

Yes, there is, this is my model, and the topic was created by my mentor. My model and location in the blender broke down - they fixed it, but another problem appeared - on his PC the model is displayed and works properly, but on my PC the model is not displayed at all and even there is no error in the logs.

In future, you might want to put custom assets in the "Sandbox" folder instead of the bundles one but I'm unsure if it makes a difference in this case. Give it a try. Unturned/Bundles/Items/Vests --> Unturned/Sandbox

the file is missing the dot

Folder:
Polar_Bear_MK2
-> Polar_Bear_MK**.2.dat
-> Polar_Bear_MK.**2.unity3d
-> English.dat

remove the dot from the names within the Polar_Bear_MK2 folder
