how to fix "missing instaled files" on steam

this is always happen when play on a server that use custom workshop map, when i join the server it say "this server run the map you don't have", map file are already downloaded on workshop folder, but this sh*t always happen

I have had this issue before and the only fix I found was to uninstall the game and reinstall it unfortunately
