I searched a lot and I couldn't find a plugin that limits the construction in areas, can you send me the plugin?

If you are running a server on a custom map,

you'll want to use a player clip volume with the clip option turned off.

That will instead just block building within the cities.

Just remember, it blocks ALL building.
