Whenever I press either J(global)K(area) or L(group) my game freezes/gets a lag spike for about 1-3 seconds. It just happened one day and now its that whenever I type. Its quite annoying since I use the chat all the time, I know its not a really big deal but I wondered if there is anything I can do to fix it. I've tried
-reinstalling
-Validating files
-Deleting workshop folders

Have you messed with your chat settings through the files? I know you can make your chat history longer, which can cause issues like this.
