Do you have a clip prefab or the line Has_Clip_Prefab False ?
everything has that?
you only need Nav and Object in your export folder
the bundle tool pulls everything your model needs when it bundles
meshes, materials, physics materials etc.

why is it made out of so many cube gameobjects?
is there a reason or do you just not know how to join objects together in blender?

Unsure what the issue could be but id strongly recommend remaking this into one mesh in blender
you can literally use the same method you used here by just placing cubes and cylinders
my guess is that unturned is getting confused because they are not named Model_0 / 1 gameobject named Model_0
should I rename each object to model_0-56?
The thing is that I need to apply shaders to separate parts
just create 2 materials in blender and assign them to their appropriate objects in blender
