Im using mariadb but I'm not sure what version, It's the one that comes pre-installed with pterodactyl panel installation

but I had issues with another plugin from mr.cwabs called Loadouts

the issue was that it wasn't updated to work with newest mysql version, nor with non legacy password.
my host just made it legacy password and it worked fine

#

and since this was made by the same developer, perhaps it could be that

I would use mysql but I keep getting some HY000 error from the mysql socket

I'm gonna give it a try tmr of reinstalling mariadb or if someone else may know
