Hi. do any1 have a basic unturned server source? I would like to make a localhost server for my self.

Lolcahost is a address, you could just that to connect on a server on your PC that isn't only accessible to you as well

Makes no sense in this context, you are going to host a dedicated server. If you make it public or even accessible form the WAN is your choice.
