I have been trying to do this haven’t found any YT videos on it. When in the map editor you can see the spawn tables. How do I make them show up. How do I edit them.

Since washington uses spawn tables, you cannot edit them like legacy spawns
Spawn tables are files, editing them directly will cause issues with your game, and an update may override your edits
The best way to do what you want to do would be to create your own spawn tables for the spawns you want to edit, and specify the correct washington spawn table as a root
