I tried to download U4SS for xbox game pass im doing all the steps but it never works

No. Take the folder and file out of that UE4SS SN2-36-EA blag blah blah folder and put them directly in the WinGDK folder

With this one, you don't just take the folder out of the folder. In that one, the inside of the .zip is a ue4ss folder. So you need that to go in WinGDK, as instructed in the description of the mod.

You might find it easier to just double click your zips rather than using Extract all. Using extract all is gonna make extra folders and leave you confused. Much easier to just open up the zip, see what's inside it, and put it where the instructions say.

The stuff that comes with ue4ss is kinda like some default template mods basically, but without being messed with they don't really do anything. There's like 9 different "default mods" that come with it
