Your BepInEx log file can be found in Subnautica/BepInEx or SubnauticaZero/BepInEx depending on the game you're trying to mod. Once you've found the log file, you can just drag it into Discord to send it.
ok
Subnautica/BZ | SMLHelper Vs Nautilus
SMLHelper 2.15.0.1 (Living Large Update) and SMLHelper 2.14.1 (Below Zero) are being deprecated and eventually will be removed from Nexus Mods in favour of using Nautilus.
Using both SMLHelper and Nautilus at the same time is known to cause issues with some functions and is not advised. Some Nautilus mods, such as the ones from Mr. Purple refuse to function when SMLHelper is installed and detected. We recommend picking only Nautilus mods, as SMLHelper is being discontinued.
remove smlhelper
also remove qmodmanager
done
also dont use manual installation with vortex at the same time
only one or the other
theres 2 game versions that mods work on
and are available
the normal one is 2.0
which needs bepinex/nautilus
the one ur on
and then theres legacy
only accessible on steam
i got subnautica on steam and its the original game
which uses smlhelper/qmodmanager
ik
but basically smlhelepr and nautilus dont work together
the game versions are different, the code is different, alot of stuff is different
alr, so with mine i can only use bepinex and nautilus
well with the mod makers wouldnt they think to make mods that support every version
there a lot of fun ones i wont be able to play now which is gut wrenching
well they have to make the mods again
which isnt really fun to do
copy da code
nope
same code doesnt work
u have to make new code
the living large update (2.0) made rota go a year back in terms of progress
because it took them a year to rewrite the mod
within the plugin file as you have seen contains lots of mods. some of those mods are required with like qmod. do i need to delete them or can they just linger there in silence?
you can remove decorationsmod, that causes issues
other than that ur all good
you can find the majority of mods here
cheers greak
also when i put the mod file in plugins, do i need to extract the files?
