Wrongful permban for Macroing in July 2024, appeal denied 2x, unable to get in touch with real human

As title says, my Ironman account (happy to provide RSN privately upon request) was wrongfully banned in July 2024 for "Macroing" when I never did such a thing. Appeal was denied twice over the course of the past 2 years and I received generic copy-paste denial messages, no evidence provided of me breaking rules. I have not used nor will I ever use scripting, botting, macros or third-party software other than RuneLite and its officially vetted plugins from the plugin hub.

Hoping a Jmod here sees this and reviews it. Even IF I was guilty (which I am not), I feel like a permaban is just ridiculous. It's been 2 years, I've played on and off on other accounts on the same Jagex account, no rule-breaking or false bans since then.

Hi @calm apex - Unfortunately if you have already used both of your appeals and they have been denied, there is nothing else that can be done. 😔 The Jagex Moderators do not visit the Support Forums and do not assist with account issues through the Discord server

Hey thanks for the comment. How do I get a Jmod's attention then? Messaging directly does not seem to be useful

You can use Live Chat during the hours that Live Chat is available. You can also create a ticket. But in your case, unfortunately it wouldn’t matter as the appeal has been denied twice.
