Hi, so I got a 10 day mute but I believe it was a misunderstanding because the word i got muted for saying was completely unintentional- I was calling out a pker's location in my clan chat and in a hurry mistyped the name and accidentally left out ONE LETTER, the message was like "name here ladder unsk", I even have a video recording of us fighting that pker- I wrote down everything i mentioned here in the appeal but wasn't able to add the video, I got an error saying "THE UPLOAD TOOK TOO LONG, CONNECTION WAS LOST".

I checked my appeal today and found out it was denied, I feel like me not being able to include the video evidence of us fighting that pker has affected the outcome, can someone help me on what to do for the second appeal?

it sucks because I found out that what I said was a swear AFTER getting muted and looking it up (because it was censored in the logs)

Hey, I’m sorry that your appeal was denied. Unfortunately we can’t provide help on what to say or how to format your appeal as that would make us somewhat liable if it were to be denied. If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask. Best of luck.

The #1391372405066301550 are player-led. We’re players just like you trained in account support, technical support, and payment support. We don’t have any back-end access or tools to add this video for you. We also wouldn’t know why it’s not uploading. Perhaps the file is too large? Or it’s not in a specific format? - Those would be my best guesses.

ahh, understood- can I upload the video to google drive and add the url in the appeal? and mention not being able to add the file

I don’t work for Jagex so I can’t say for sure. But if you feel that would be the best way to address the situation, then you could certainly do that.
