No Chip Damage in PvM Bosses Until...

I think you may be slightly misinformed. That was a trend for a long time but with more recent bosses jagex actually has gone away from so much chip damage -ex removing it from baba, Yama(there is some but its extremely minimal), doom has no chip damage. The good: it rewards high skill play and feels satisfying. The bad: it allows that content to be rushed and older content to be completely bypassed (ex. You can now go straight from moons gear to tds to yama and never touch nex or bandos) chip damage in many cases keeps older content relevant and keeps its place in gear and boss progression. I think for the long term health of the game and the content in it, chip damage is a very good and necessary thing.

I think chip dmg is essential game would be to easy if u could truly negate everything. theres very few encounters where removing chip dmg makes it not totaly free. lot of older bosses like kq and zulrah I wouldint mind seeing some changes

one thing ive seen suggested for things like zulrah and olm is if u can react to the dmg on hit

I think it's worth noting that when used properly, chip damage is actually something that can add a lot of depth to an encounter - sometimes it's a bit shallow and annoying but for something like CG, the chip damage adds another major factor you have to be considering and managing during the encounter. Beyond that, obviously it gets used as a resource cost/trip-balancing-factor at bosses
