My old school email has been deactivated and I have submitted dozens of account recovery appeals, but always get auto denied. I have put in the information that is required as well as the suggested info. Please help me, I have been trying to recover this account for almost a year, and if I am unable to get my account back soon I have no way of cancelling my annual membership. So I either need to regain access and/or I need my payment to be cancelled with a refund since I haven't used the account in almost a year.
