So first off a hard no to a bank in your PoH.

To the rest of the suggestion, the problem with adding 99 perks is that you dont actually make 99 skilling better, the market will just shift around that being the efficient method and everything below 99 will lose profit/cost more to skill than it already does. Economically this doesnt make sense and im against more 99 perks in general, the reward is the cape and the prestige, not that you suddenly unlock more things

yeah it would only make things more profitable for so long before prices adjusted

and yeah no bank/anvil/furnace/farm patch/anything in the POH because it just takes players out of the world

Skillcapes should never be the lever to make a skill feel rewarding, and especially a couple of the capes you mentioned (con and crafting) are already extremely powerful alone. For gathering skills especially it wouldn’t make sense to tie success rates so heavily to the cape, either, and the RC cape is already fairly powerful with just removing the need to repair pouches, but definitely shouldn’t triple your rune production alone.

I don’t think traditional skilling methods should ever be remotely as profitable as PvM but the largest steps that could be made toward making them more rewarding are largely nebulous and extremely challenging - eliminating botting, and making PvM not the primary supply of so many resources
