Just here to report. A few times this week my ping goes from it's normal 32ish ms to over 800 and then disconnecting me. I relog and it stays at high ping. Sometimes it fixes itself quickly but it has happened enough times to not be normal. Going to just let time pass for a bit. Figure I'd report it.

If that doesn't help you could try contacting support using the "Talk to us" link on that page. I have a feeling it may be an issue with your ISP though.

I’ll check this later today after work but I can already tell you the isp most likely can’t be the issue due to us coming from different locations (Belgium doesn’t have the isp providers we in the Netherlands have for example). It’s just very strange and only happens likes once per day for a minute or so, usually in the evenings

The only thing leading me to believe that this is not my isp is that this just started to occur recently within the last week and a half. Just now happened again. It's happening almost the same time of day each day but then fixes itself for the remainder of that day.
Really it isn't too big of a deal for me to just wait lol
But I figured this was something to share for the Jagex team to evaluate

It seems to happen to me on runelite every time there is a GPU driver update. I have no clue why, but updating the drivers and restarting fixes it for awhile, for me.
