I received a permanent ban the day after purchasing a bond for 14 days of membership, I did nothing wrong put in 150 hours of play time got all the boring early game content out of the way only to receive a ban.

Big thanks for stealing my $10 and refusing to give me a refund even though you guys are in the wrong and have no way for me to actual recieve an opportunity to appeal as your appeal process does not investigate the claims made against the claimant obviously. This is a known issue and I've seen plenty of videos of content creators getting unbanned because they have access to mods who will take the time to investigate.

I understand a lot of people who are rightfully banned try to contact jmods hoping to get it over turned but I can assure you I am not one of those people. On the same jagex account I have like 5 different characters with 1500-2280 total levels and have never botted or macrod anything. You'd think after playing your game for 20+ years the appeal team would take any of this into consideration and actually investigate the claims.

jagex needs to put way more money into their bot detection.

with all the money they make they should absolutely be able to invest in a larger team dedicated specifically to this stuff
