So I know this is going to sound exactly how everyone else's story sounds when they get banned. Let me start out by saying I am a 21 year loyal player of the SAME account "Kabalan" Over 18,000 hours between RS3 and Osrs. I started this account in 2005 when I was 15 years old. I once auto clicked alching mage in 2007 and was banned for 10 days because of it. Since that day I have NEVER and would never have done anything to risk my account. I had just gotten Grandmaster, Bloodhound and was working towards finally maxing in Osrs. I was in the wildy killing Venenatis for a tile. A pker came into the room and I ran. I left the cave and he froze me in place. Stepped under then walked out and when he walked out, I d clawed him and killed him. When I got to the Gnome Stronghold I opened the chest with his loot key and was immediately logged out with a permanent ban for "Macroing Major" Both appeals were IMMEDIATELY denied by automated messages. Nobody is able to help or even investigate this false ban. I'm not exactly sure what happened or why I was actually banned. But I have been loyal and a member on this game paid with real money for as long as I can remember. This game has been a huge part of my life since I was a teenager. I am now 35 years old with a wife and 3 kids. I could NEVER do again what I spent all those years doing before. I never thought the day would come where a real loyal player gets shafted by a bot or whatever it is that happened. There is no way I am going to accept that my account that I have spent 18,000 hours on can just be taken from me after all this time. The game has been slowly getting worse and worse when it comes to bots. If there is any way I could get ahold of a real Jmod, I would appreciate that so much...
#Is there any way to get a hold of a real Jmod for account support?

Unfortunately if your appeals were denied, there isn’t anything else you can do. The #1391372405066301550 are player-led. The Jagex Moderators don’t check here.
I'm not looking for a player moderator to check here. I'm looking for someone who might know one personally who has a heart and would help me get this resolved. If you take to Twitter or reddit or anywhere else it's like every single possible thing about this is forced to make you not be able to ever get in contact with a real Jmod. It's absolutely brutal how they treat their loyal player base. There's no reason that I should not be able to get a hold of someone after 21 years of dedication to their game.
They're absolutely is something else that can be done. I've watched streamers live get their denied appeals switched around because they're able to get a hold of a real Jmod. The streamers who have been playing this game for a few years. I'm over here 21 straight years without ever stopping and I'm completely screwed? Just because people don't watch me on a camera? It's so wrong.
I just need an actual Jmod to give me 5 minutes of their time so we can get this whole thing cleared up. I can't believe it's this hard for such a dedicated loyal player.
Hi, I think you have already sent a lot of DMs about this issue to various people. Unfortunately as it was stated, if your appeal has been denied, then unfortunately it is the end of the line because other then the appeal system, Jagex doesn't give any other way to get the account unbanned.
Hello
Apologies, hit enter too quickly.
So then what's their excuse for the streamers? Why do they get gold star top of the line privilege? Why can they be denied twice turn around and private message a Jmod and get their account back in 30 seconds? Why is it just because they're more popular they are way more important than people who have been playing this game since those same streamers were 5 years old? I've poured my blood sweat and tears into this game. I've paid for membership for easily over 15 straight years. Why am I just dirt under a rock to them?
Just to clarify the bans are not reviewed by automated systems. While Jagex does sometime use automated banning. If a player goes through the appeal process, then real humans review the appeal. Sometimes the appeals are reviewed relatively quickly. There's absolutely no reason Jagex would be banning innocent players, especially members because it wouldn't make any business sense for them to do so. That being said, Jagex does take cheating seriously and does take action on people who do break the rules. Usually as part of the ban process, Jagex checks if the account is hijacked or not.
And that's fine. Maybe the ones who looked at my appeals were having a bad day. Or maybe they just didn't care and they denied everyone that day for no reason at all. I just need to speak to a single higher up Jmod for 5 minutes and I can get this entire thing resolved. I did absolutely nothing wrong. I have never done anything wrong in 21 years. I refuse to allow this to be the end of the line because I got caught up in the wilderness between a bunch of bots during a bingo event with my clan.
Please don't tag Jmods in this section.
Plus the Jmods like Mod Light won't be able to assist as they are not part of player support.
Exactly. Every single thing everyone does only makes it a hundred times harder to get anywhere. I don't understand why everyone is completely against anyone trying to get their account back when it was falsely banned
I'm sorry if I'm coming off a little rude. But I just lost my childhood account that I never stopped playing for over half of my life due to a faulty system that got immediately denied twice for no reason whatsoever. And on my favorite game of all time that I've spent an ungodly amount of hours on, the support team couldn't care any less about how dedicated of a player I ever was.
I understand your frustration and no one is trying to make it "harder" for you.
Jagex give an appeal process which players can follow. That's what the appeal is there for, and every Jmod has to follow a set process.
I just know there's someone somewhere who can help me. Who can pass my information along to someone who could actually help me. And I'm never going to give up. I will send hundreds or thousands of messages all over every platform if I have to. But I refuse to ever let this account be gone over something so wrong.
This happened right before Christmas. And I am not going to ever give up. I will get my account back somehow.
To your last point - Just so you know, Jagex will ban in waves. What you were doing at the time was most likely not what triggered the ban.
Listen, I know everyone has a sob story. I started my account in 2005. What possible reason could I have to now today, 3 months ago, a year ago have to bot? Why would I jeopardize and risk everything I've ever done for 21 years? Never in a million years would I ever risk my account Knowing damn well that you do not get away with botting.
I do understand your frustration, but sending many messages on many platforms would just come across as spam and that's not really going to help your case. As I mentioned, players get ample chances to appeal and if those appeals are used up, unfortunately there's nothing you can do to change that.
If you see the Jagex legal T&C's, it's written Jagex can revoke your access to the account at any point. Unfortunately Jagex Accounts never belong to players, they always belong to Jagex. However as stated, Jagex doesn't ban innocent players because doing so would do more harm then good. They only ban when they are 100% sure that rule breaking took place and yes, Remi is correct. To ensure bot developers and cheaters don't get tipped off, Jagex stagger the bans, the rule breaking could have occurred days or even months before the ban was placed.
Do keep in mind, anything that "automatically does something" can lead to a ban. Including auto typers, auto clickers and other keyboard/mice software.
I've also watched in real time this new band system that they have in place. That these bots in the wilderness Mass report and get people insta banned. I watched a streamer do this live and get banned for it immediately because he was talking to the bot farm owner who ran that script.
I have never in my life use an auto typer, and auto clicker or anything Auto ever. I am a loyal long time 21-year player. I would never in my life ever do anything to jeopardize or risk the account that I've poured my life into. Like I said, I just got Grandmaster 2 weeks before I was banned. They will not give me any evidence of why I was banned. They will not respond to me, they will not anything.
But with all of that being said. Still nobody has answered me as to why streamers and content creators get different privileges? Why is it that they can be banned and denied twice but as soon as they get in touch with Jmod that is a friend of theirs, their account is immediately unbanned 30 seconds later. It is literally on video, it's on stream, it's not news to anyone that that stuff happens. I just want to know why I'm so much further beneath them just because I don't show my face on camera with live viewers.
I don't think there's any point debating the Jagex systems unfortunately. We understand they use many different systems for anti cheating purposes. However the appeal process is there in the slim chance a mistake was made. If those appeals have been used up, then unfortunately there's nothing much we can do.
I think a lot of what you see on the internet could also be fabrication for view purposes. I don't think anyone would watch a video that's just complaining about "they got banned". We will never know for sure if they actually got unbanned by "messaging a Jmod friend"
I would be more than happy to send you a video of the live stream that it happened on.
It was a streamer, who did all of this live.
Every case is different, I don't think there would be much point to that because we don't know what exactly went on in the background and we shouldn't speculate.
There's nothing to speculate. There's no pausing there's no editing there's no anything. From start to finish he shows exactly what is happening. But again, this is just everyone trying to protect themselves or the higher-ups. While us little people no matter how loyal get completely shafted.
As I mentioned the appeal process is the only way to get Jagex to review your ban, there's not a whole lot we can do by understanding why some people got unbanned and why others didn't. I do understand your frustrated, but for a business and a company, why would Jagex take a revenue hit banning you for no reason?
I'm just going to keep sending messages out. Eventually someone who actually cares and knows someone will pass along my information and try to help me. Instead of talking in circles constantly.
Because who Am i? I'm $8 a month because I was grandfathered in at one point. What is $8 a month to them? When they have 100,000 other members paying.
So a couple of us normal people get caught in the crossfire of bots and ban waves. They honestly could not care any less. They make that very clear by making it impossible to get a hold of any of them.
But if you are saying you didn't break the rules, they wouldn't ban a paying customer. Although I agree, this platform isn't one where you will be able to get the help you seek so if you like I can lock the thread, as this is the community led support forums and there's no way to reach out to Jmods here.
I'm not looking to reach out to a Jmod here. You made that very clear by deleting my message of the one that I tagged. Because why would I be able to tag a j mod and try to get a hold of them as I've said before. I'm just looking for someone who will pass along my information who actually has a heart and cares about what is happening on my end.
You deleting my message goes hand in hand with me saying that everyone is completely against anyone getting a hold of any kind of Jmods unless you're a streamer or a content creator and have some kind of superiority over everyone else.
