I have lost access to my old account and would like to get it back. Haven't played it in a few years. The account name is ShengIsCanon. Don't want to give out too much info till I find out if it's okay. Thank you if you can help me, I want to see the pirate outfit I used to wear.

I tried sending a form to them but they didnt get back to me. Im guessing they might have responded to the email i dont have access to anymore

This will also be the email they contact you on so make sure to use one you do have access too

It can take a few days for a response so if you just submitted it and used an email you have access too you should receive a response soon

To be clear, you need to enter your login name here https://jgx.game/Recover-, and it will send an email to the email you don't have access to.
Next, you click "Contact Jagex support" and fill out the form, but on this form you put your current email in the email field, and they send the response there

I checked the email and they denied the request to reset. I noticed the account is now called 30pegasus51 too

It used to be called ShengIsCanon

Im guessing ive been hacked and the password and username have been changed

Im not sure what to do at all and im guessing all of my stuff has been stolen if they guessed my bank pin

So you are getting a manual review, which is good

As far as your account itself, it is incredibly likely at this point that it is either a) had been turned in to a bot of some kind, may or may not already be banned. B) was simply stripped of wealth and tossed aside

A bank pin is only really going to keep someone out for as long as it takes for the PIN reset to process

yeah, they said i didnt provide enough evidence like payment dates but i dont remember if i ever bought a membership on my current details

At this point you would need those details in order to recover the account - you can submit as often as you like but those details have to match what jagex has on record for that account
