I believe you stay on the HCIM hiscores but get crossed off, meaning it counts as a death.

Actually I think you just show as “alive” but your score just remains frozen/never changes from that point on

I don’t think that’s the case since that would be misleading. If OP were to be shown as alive on the HCIM hi-scores, that would mean his HCIM status is still active. OP will still be on the HCIM hi-scores after de-ironing but with a slash through his name. I’ve asked community members in-game just to double check and that’s what they told me. The question doesn’t get asked often so it’s a little bemusing but I’m pretty sure that’s how it goes. But feel free to correct me if I’m wrong!
