There's been a bug thats going for so long... still not has been fixed to this day, i cant believe that jagex aint knowing about it.
On mobile most of the times you swap a menu entry it'll swap all the other things too. So at the end you end up with some left click options you never asked for... like "inspect"on stuff or "follow" on players... so you need to go in settings to reset your swaps, and swap every single thing again..... The question is, when are jagex gonna fix it?

Theres only one option that causes this issue. Do NOT change the "walk here" option on ANYTHING. its a known issue with a fix coming eventually (🙄) but in the mean time, thats your workaround.

There's more than just that though @left loom ... if u change options for banker to bank and there's a player in the way (most common example) it'll prioritize player options

It’s completely broken and frankly stupid. I think it works by swapping the position of menu items based on their original position literally.
So let’s say you swap Bank and Talk options. Bank was position 2 and Talk position 1.
Whenever you have a menu with “Bank” in it - it swaps position 1 and 2 in the menu.
This works fine until there’s also a player in the way.
Normally you could click through the player BUT now we are swapping position 2 into position 1 and instead of position 2 being “Bank” it is “Follow” and now you are attempting to “Follow” the player.
It’s so dumb.

Why can’t this issue be addressed here? Isn’t this the appropriate place to discuss bugs? This particular bug has existed for several years, and many players have already reported it. Wouldn’t it be more effective to confirm with Jagex whether it has been resolved, rather than focusing on how to report it in-game?
OSRS Mobile has been in development for a long time, and it’s understandable that a number of mobile-specific issues still exist. Requiring every bug to be reported through the in-game system could significantly slow down resolution, given the volume of issues.
Btw me and several other players already reported the bugs several times already can you please tell me why nothing has been done yet?

Hi - I understand your frustration, this bug has been around a while. 😕 Support Volunteers such as myself and 97 do not work directly for Jagex. We support the team as much as we can but we sometimes won’t have the answers to the questions you raise.
I’d also like to state that this is an appropriate avenue to address and discuss bugs.
By submitting in-game (in addition to submitting here) it hurts nothing and can only benefit both the development team and the players as Jagex get samples of device model/operating system/carrier/etc directly and immediately. However, @random fiber does often browse this forum and she can and does raise issues directly to the development team for the OSRS Mobile App.

Still no fix to this day, i swapped menus on my vyre from " talk to" to " pickpocket" and it changes everything else... 🤦🏻♂️ so annoying
