Help logging in on mobile osrs

Heluu everyone

Okay since yesterday when i updated my phone, and the Osrs app, i cant seem to be allowed to log in on my mobile only, im having no problem whatsoever on my pc.

But here on my phone i get this message,
Så yeah 10 hours ago, i was going to swap worlds whilst playing on my phone, but then i hit the logout button by mistake, and now, when I try to log in on my mobile i get this message??

Have you tried expanding the app to a browser window when logging in?

Yes 😩 but it seems like, after I've written my email, password and the code that jagex sends to my email, it like resets the login, or something.. and the game on my phone, sort of "forgets" or reloads the browser that it opened.

And gives the error message I screenshotted

Anyone know
How I can fix this?? Before I went on holiday it was working perfectly, came back from holiday got a new SIM card and now Rs won’t load up and not sure how to fix it

For future reference, please make your own post next time. Try changing your default browser. Using a VPN can cause this error. So make sure you aren’t on a VPN as well.

Is this Android? I believe you must click on those Three top buttons to open your app on a different browser, Chrome for example to bypass that error. You get this when you put your Authenticator code from an app when you leave the app, right?

ive been trying to fix this problem, and been trying out a buuuuunch of browers, even reinstall, open in brower, or do the login through the game. nonthing helps...

i've just given up, and not i can only play on pc 😭

Have you tried uninstalling your default browser so that it’s forced to use something else?

Hello i am having the same issue my galaxy phone did you fix it ?

Hitting the dots opening the browser when i return to the game it restart as if i re opened the osrc app. . . Its a loop because i tried to sign in after manually opening the browser to sign in, in the game i have to sign in again.

On your game- do you happen to have your battery permissions for your app to constantly be running in the background?

I know currently there's been a slight bug with mobile logins for some users having their app loop when trying to put their Authenticator code even if you allow Background process.
