Game chat is now blank even when tab is highlighted to say new message

i right clicked the game chat box and set the filter on, just to see what it does, i turn turned it back off, but now i get nothing displaying in there, even though i get the tab highlighted blue to say theres a message, it shows no new message. (Only since i did this).

Ive tried deleting the jagexcache (im using runelite) but this didnt work.

Is this a osrs bug and how do i fix it? 😄

Try the official client instead and see if it’s still occurring
