Bumping this so you dont have to go through what I am too. 2 day old Group Ironman named "100Coffees" banned for botting.

Expect to wait 2 weeks for both appeals to be denied by a customer support bot on the 7th day of the appeal window.

My fingers are crossed someone sees this for you. (And mekekw )

I hope you get unbanned for the holidays Gigabubble. Its such a shitty feeling.

Another member of my group shared a video with me of a small content creator who had the same thing happened 2 days into his journey and he DMd a mod via this server and he got unbanned. He waited the 2 weeks for appeal though. Maybe you can skirt around the wait if someone sees this.

Don't forget to leave your rsn so they dont have to DM and can just look into it

Hi Gigabubble - The Jagex Moderators (specifically the Support Team) do not look at the Support Forums. You did the correct thing by submitting an appeal. Each appeal is viewed by a Jagex Moderator and may even be passed through multiple teams before a determination is made.

So as you see, from my original post, I was wrongfully banned for 2 days. Now I had got a response and they denied my appeal. So I submitted another appeal BECAUSE

I was looking through my emails, and I noticed I had authentication requests from ANOTHER COUNTRY! A few days ago, I submitted the screenshots in this 2nd appeal, do you think that will make a difference? Because in their first denial they said they don't think the account was hijacked, but after looking at those authenticator requests I noticed the different country requests

Your second appeal will also be handled by the jmods, who will make their best judgment based on everything they see (may include whatever you sent them)

We are just fellow players so we don't know what goes on behind the scenes but we can just wait for the result yeah?

Yes I understand that. I was just asking for an opinion. The support volunteers have way more knowledge when it comes to this kind of thing than I do. That's why I was just asking for an opinion if you think it would be overturned

But yeah I know the whole process can be really stressful but I've seen both outcomes, some approved and some denied throughout my time, but only jmods can see the evidence and make a final judgment
