Hi I used to ask for help in the commuity account help channel typically when I would have issues it would be because my authenticator device date/time were misalligned. that would solve my issues 99% of the time. I come back again having same issues however I already tried readjusting and alligning my date/time. when I try to log in it say to put a code for the authenticator so im guessing im entering my email and password correctly. Please any help would be great.

Also I do have acess to my authenticator on my device it even says its connected to my account so im not sure why.
my only guess is today I had some issues turning on my old device I cleared some data to free up storage but it still says im connected to the authenticator and that its still working for my account

Alright, ping me when you do. Logging into the game works a bit differently, it will always prompt for 2fa even if you enter the wrong login info, that's why I want to check. 🙂

Okay well if it's prompting for 2fa on the site then you're entering the correct login name & password, that's good. If the time is set correctly on your device and it's still generating wrong codes then all I can suggest is disabling the 2fa and setting up a new one.

(For legacy accounts only) When the site prompts for 2fa there should be a "Lost your authenticator?" link, just click that and it should send you an email

Just log into your account settings https://jgx.game/MySettings- and click "Set up authenticator" or whatever (I forget what it says for legacy accounts)
You'll be taken to a page like this and you'll want to click "Not right now, enable the old version of Authenticator"
