I was on a friends boat using his cannon. I was only getting a max hit of 12 while he was hitting near 20's. He was using mithril cballs and i was using addy. Soon as I ran out of addy and started using the mithril supply, was hitting way higher.

Its based on your range lvl to some degree

We are both 99 range. I wonder if it has something to do with the game thinking we are crewmate npc's and not actual players, on someone else's boat? Not sure what else it can be
