It will not be possible to get the items back, unfortunately. 🙁
Do you have a Jagex account, or is your character still a legacy account?

The info is right there, you can tell who the last account I traded with and what I traded to it

You should log into your account management and click the end all sessions link https://account.jagex.com/manage to log them out of your Jagex account, and then you should check your character management page to see if there are any linked accounts set up on your character https://account.runescape.com/game
Any linked accounts will show up as "connected: " accounts to the left of the "Manage" link. To unlink them click Manage -> Linked accounts -> Manage/Unlink

They did link their steam account I think i unlinked it

halfway through the process of changing it back i've put in my email and pw, my authenticator, when the website asked for my bankpin i realized its a scam, the scammers took the gear thats on me (Full ancestral, max avernic threads, magus, dragon hunter wand and confliction gauntlets) as well as approx 252mil in GP, I have changed my passwords back twice and would like to know what else can I do to prevent it from happening and if theres anything to do regarding the stolen equipment? I have tried to get them log offed through the website but that did not work, attaching an screenshot of the email
