Google Play Membership Unable to Claim

Hi guys I bought membership through Google play and it tells me to sign into osrs to claim my items and when I do. I don't have members?

This comes up a lot in my experience :/ Let’s maybe wait one more day and see what happens.

My membership order has now been cancelled and I'm receiving a refund, I don't understand why when I purchase it on mobile it doesn't give me the membership then refunds me
