Sextant suggestion

With the introduction of the sailing skill I feel the use of the sextant while on a boat could be helpful for searching out coordinate clues whilst on the ocean. Especially for those of us who would like to search for a clue without resorting to the OSRS Wiki. Would love to see this implemented in game if possible.

That's pretty silly that it doesn't even work. I'm pretty sure sextents historically have been used mostly at sea. It might be because you can continue moving while trying to navigate and that'll give you the wrong reading

I feel like they could make it work by just giving you the reading from where you start, or just spitting the coords out into the text box (like a suggestion I had earlier https://discord.com/channels/324132423636090880/1420979947018780752 )

Yeah IRL sextants don't really work on land because you need the true horizon which is blocked by land

100% just spit out the coordinates in textbox. ridiculous that it can't be used at sea

I think it has to do with how boats are working mechanically

I believe they are rooms that are off the map that are projected on the world map
