A character on my Jagex account has been locked. I can access the Jagex account still and only the single character is locked. I have complete control of the Jagex account with all 2-FA methods set up, back up codes, as well as extensive history of account progress from Runelite pics, payments in my name etc. Let me know if I can provide any additional information here or in DM that would help.

It's uncommon to see a character on a Jagex account get locked, I think it usually means someone submitted an account recovery for the character. :/

I believe live chat is currently available and it should offer you the option to speak directly with support after you go through Scaper's options

Live chat has unlocked my account. At first she said it was locked during import, but I imported the account more than 2 years ago. Later on the agent said that she wasn't sure why it was locked
