Also my account was locked after the ban appeal was granted.

For offence dated 28-Mar-2021, appeal was accepted back in 2022.

With “appeal accepted” for both of them?

Alrighty - so on your Appeal Outcome Granted - which appeal did you send this for - for the offense dated for 01-Oct-2022, am I correct?

I believe it may be the case of you following the link down below to secure your account - and it will probably update itself once you reset your password and recover your account.

Hence the "lock"

I just tried to log in, and it said that the account was locked. I unlocked the account, but when I tried to log in again, I still couldn’t access it because the account is still disabled.

When you read your Appeal Granted email they sent to you - Jagex has stated they secured your account for your safety as the hijacker probably can log into it again so it's "locked"

View Appeal Options - still says Active even after you sent your appeal for the 2022 one?

You may need to send a ticket via Scaper to ask for Live Support aid for this - and explain to them that after you sent your Appeal and it was granted on October- and you happened to recover your account as well - that your ban still remains active.

I believe account logging in issue.

It would technically fall in with bans too, but I'm not aware if it drops you an appeal.
