Hi all, my account got hacked, I'm guessing my password had to be phished or leaked somewhere. But I have a bank pin and they still emptied my bank account so I'm wildly confused how this could happen. Does Jagex support help in cases like these?
I already changed the password and pin but everything is already gone.

Hi, if you have gained access to your account and secured it and Items are gone, unfortunately Jagex does not return Lost Items

Apologies about your lost items. If there was a chance you do come back, please note that under Jagex Accounts, it's harder for users to get hijacked if you did not have an account. If you DID have an Account, you perhaps got hijacked via Steam where they could have logged in through there, OR you may have clicked on a suspicous link or malware on your PC - which I would recommend you doing a malware scan.
