Basically what the title says - there's some teleports from spellbooks that are for some reason missing from being able to be added to portal chambers and portal nexuses of POHs. Not all of them should be added, like obviously don't add teleport to house or respawn teleport, but I just suggest adding these missing teleports:

For real - makes no sense I can TP to some fixed Lunar/Ancient locations but not others. Khazard, Lassar, Ice Plateau, and Paddewa in particular would be amazing for clue scrollers

Saw quite a few people ingame surprised when they tried to add the Khazard teleport to their portal chamber / portal nexus for sailing and realising they couldn't
