Made a ticket about my character/account getting hijacked, which was confirmed to be true, got the email to transfer the character 12 days after making the ticket, just to find out that when I try to log in, it's banned, even though it getting banned was mentioned in the ticket... The ban's that the hijackers caused weren't even lifted and one of my tickets about it was closed without reply... Like wtf is happening, this is so frustrating.

He told me that he's gonna get me a link to transfer my account, which took around 7 days for the link to get and closed the ticket after doing that, eventhough I mentioned in the ticket that my account is banned by the hijacker. I then opened up another ticket to appeal the offence and that ticket got closed randomly with no reply.
long story short, he did a half assed job
or did his job and couldn't inform me that he can't unban me or something

Sometimes they'll close tickets if you open multiple tickets, did you have two ban appeal tickets open by any chance?

I had the account hacked ticket open and once I found out that my account is not only hijacked but also banned is when I opened the appeal offence ticket
