Nearly 2.2k TL player looking for highly specific clan

I am looking for a clan that meets the following criteria:

• US West home world
• No fewer than 200 members
• No more than 400 members
• No politics allowed in cc, regardless of affiliation–I don’t wanna hear about real life politicians, politics, or current events while playing a medieval fantasy game
• A wide range of player total levels, interests and skill levels that reflects an average sample of OSRS players. I’m not interested in clans where half the front page leaderboard (or more) on WOM are maxed players because that doesn’t reflect reality.
• Has people running raids and PVM, but I am not interested in clans where the people who live inside raids are the only members who matter. There is a hell of a lot of non-PVM content in the game, and I’ve been in too many clans where if you don’t PVM, you’re just invisible. I'm not a fan of clans of that nature. I prefer a more egalitarian social atmosphere.
• No mandatory dues
• Clan events are not pay-to-play
• Has an optional Discord server
• No toxic negativity including but not limited to racism, ragging on others for playing the game “wrong”, obnoxious peacockers who are only looking to flex while offering nothing to other players in the way of actual help ("it's easy", "git gud" etc), etc.
• No toxic positivity–I also don’t want an overly-sanitized environment where things like “negative” opinions or even cursing are not allowed.
• A mature, adult player base, but see the following:
• No 18+ NSFW/fetish content allowed in the cc or Discord, even if it’s an opt-in channel.

If you reply to this post with a copy-pasted clan ad from every other thread in this Discord, I will not read it, so please don’t waste my time with that.

If you think your clan meets ALL of the above criteria, please include a reply with the following in order to help me decide if I would like to join your clan:

• Your clan leader’s name
• A screenshot of your cc’s notification settings–I really enjoy seeing clan member’s loot and accomplishments, but I’ve been in clans where these notifications become either too spammy or too sparse.
• Information about your rank structure and how ranks are gained
• Your Wise Old Man page (you must have one)

I realize that this is all very specific, but I have gone through too many clans at this point and so far failed to find one that I can call home. I am also exhausted by frequent toxicity I’ve encountered within this community, so I want to weed out the wrong clans from the get-go and hopefully find a clan that I enjoy so much that I never have to search for one again.

Have you considered, that maybe you haven't found a clan cause your criterias are a bit unrealistic?

If you have a tight community, banter and toxicity will happen, people will inevetably discuss politics every now and then.

Like your criterias are so narrowed down that i think this clan might not even exist ngl.

This is not meant in a toxic way btw, just my initial thought reading this

I realize what I want is specific, but me not finding a clan could just as easily be attributed to me not looking. It has been a while since I have looked. I don't consider banter to be toxic. However, when there is real toxicity, I am hoping I can find a clan where leaders/admins will step in and get rid of those people, but in many clans I've been in, the leaders and admins are some of the most toxic ones around.

It's entirely possible that the clan I want doesn't exist, and I might be a bit of a square peg, but it won't stop me from trying to find the right one, and posting here seems like one of the better options since in-game support for clans is very barebones.
