Nope if you want to make a restricted account then you have to keep all the restrictions. Also this would throw off balance for the existing pvp builds

The only form of xp blocks I would support would be an xp block that completely prevents you from doing any action that would award that type of xp, including but not limited to completing quests

Never felt strongly one way or the other here, but just settled with “ship has sailed” due to too many benefits suddenly being made available “devaluing” old flakeaccounts like skillers with spirit trees.

Besides rfd gloves (which is solveable by hard def reqs) and a few prayer-related ones (like 1pray ancients), how much would pvp actually be impacted?
