Speed up checking the false RWT's today

Clan member just got a 6 day ban for RWT (buying) while he still has all my gear. Please look into it asap. Appeal no 5923683. Since there are more topics rn regarding the same false bans, must have been an mistake on jagex their side.

He is grinding colloseum and I've traded my gear multiple times back and forth with him last weeks. We both don't have any offences on our account and he just got a false ban while my gear is still on his account.

Please fix the false bans asap, no point in playing the game anymore and paying membership for multiple accounts if we cant even trade our own friends / clan members anymore.

There's nothing we can do to speed it up, he'll just need to wait for the appeal

They need to focus on actually banning bots and gold farmers instead of players playing legit and paying for it

I guess the roadmap and their plans were just some BS to statisfy us:

No way even a single member of the team actually checked the ban, its just an automated BS ban

This is so facts, I have seen SO MANY bots now that I am aware how they act after looking into it after my false ban 2 weeks ago. I'm the one here talking all the time and getting absolutely 0 response, doing the total opposite of grinding 1 thing nonstop like bots yet I still get canned. support is absolutely non existent just auto banned and auto denied out of nowhere. ridiculous amount of false ban cases lately and I have only seen 1 person have a successful appeal. It really feels like they hate actual players lol. anyone from brand new to 15 years playing is at risk of a perma ban with a 1% chance to appeal at any moment for any reason without any evidence at all. really sucks mane and I hope you get some help and have good luck.

They dont care lol, i got a response on a ticket in my mail 3 hours later with an entire "auto generated" message not even remotely containg any answer to my question

Ticket status changed to solved and a f.. response about lost items, like tf its about an false rwt ban of a clanmeber, how can they post about making player support better if there is no support at all

Yeah this is so sad. I have a whole video about my false RWT ban on my YouTube. It's clear as day a false flag. I traded between two of my own accounts, at the same time, on the same PC... And I get a rwt major ban for the only crime of having multiple accounts paying for membership.......................

Yup same thing shared gear with a friend and he was banned for a week RWT ban for "Buying"

Ye his appeal got denied without any information so guess I'll find out tomorrow if it's time to quit the game 🙂
