Beyond the super early game, people just make use of the Ferox enclave to restore stats or their own poh if its built. Also, is there a suggestion here or is this just a random complaint?

Theres altars in or near pretty much every town across the map with a few exceptions... + ferox + poh + ppots.

Lumbridge hometeleport -> 7 second run from the church.
