As for your question, giving a bond to someone is not a ban-able offense, however depending on what you mean by him helping you, account sharing is against tos. If he is simply guiding you while you play, you should be fine

There are plans to make plugins available on the official client (including mobile!) in the future, but there's no info about when that will happen
