That sounds so toxic and elitist, just make your own server if you want to be "hlc" adjacent. Also theres already like the Skilling Method discord which would fit your "xp rates/make skilling great" as it has the best methods.

Additionally, being maxed does not make you part of the "High level community", that term is usually associated with actual skilled players doing high level content, not just any person who spends enough time sitting at some afk method to level up a lot
