Simply enable us to directly deposit Magic Secateurs into the gnome's tool storage while it is equipped. Nothing more to it, just saves you a few seconds having to unequip it when you deposit your tools after a farm run.

obviously equipping them still saves an inventory slot so there's still a reason to equip them

Yeah, I know, I'm specifically equipping them because there's so many times I do herb runs where it's the difference between running to the gnome once to note the herbs and running twice. Happens every second or third run.
