Hi @keen geyser @surreal kernel @wanton epoch @compact mortar i can redirect yall to my old post (which i will do after i explain the issues/bugs i see here)
So the way the MES/MMR works for banks is that you must set the withdraw quantity to "1" to be able to make withdraw quantities different from the 5, 10, X, and all amounts. What's happening is that when the quantity selection is set to anything but one, it adds a duplicate, non movable menu option for 5, 10, X, and ALL. The only way to customize withdrawal amounts better is to have the quantity set to 1.
THE X QUANTITY MATTERS
if you for example make pure essence withdraw all (when the quantity selection is set to 1) (and when x quantity is set to, let's say 100), if you change the X QUANTITY to a different number (like, 14, which is common for herblore and other activities) then it has made a new menu for the pure essence, and when you tap on it expecting it to withdraw all and it only withdraws one, now you know why; it's because a different x quantity makes a different menu that needs to be reordered even with the same item.
This can be useful if you figure out how to take advantage of it. Maybe certain quantities become "skilling quantities" where options for things like coal bag and log basket and gem bag and plank sack etc become tap to fill or empty or whatever.
Now, to address @compact mortar and @surreal kernel .
If you're tapping on things and doing follows and lookups on players, the first thing i must ask is "what are you trying to tap on, and did you ever, and i mean ever move any menu options for it, even if those options were moved back manually? (Meaning you dragged the option back to try to make it default order again)"
If the answer is yes then that's the issue.
What happens is if you customize a menu for ANY thing in the overworld, like BANKERS or JEWELRY BOXES or literally anything that has a "walk here" option (not even talking about moving the walk here option, just talking about things with menus that have it as an option)..... then what's going to happen when you try to tap on those things that have been customized, if you attempt to tap through a player or their hitbox which can extend really high due to banners and quetzal whistle teleports then you will likely be doing follows or lookups if those are enabled.
Long tap the customized thing through a players hitbox and see what's happened. The menu options for the thing you are trying to interact with have been put all the way at the bottom of the menu, and player options have been prioritized.
Same thing happens if you try to tap through the chatbox or private messages that are split off from the chatbox. If you are tapping on something you've customized, it will prioritize the player options. This means if the player wasn't your friend that had typed the message that you tried to tap through, they probably are now because "add friend" took priority over whatever you were trying to interact with. If they were your friend or you just added them half a second ago and havent figured out why your tap isnt working, you may find yourself directly messaging them, as the "message x player" option takes priority over whatever you'e trying to interact with.
