also there is no such thing as a safe way to do gold transfers, as if there was, Jagex would have made an official way to do it.
There may not be a direct rule to gp transfer using other people, but its an extremely big grey zone with a huuge RWT group behind it unfortunately, and i would not be surprised if oda or other ones like oakdice and stuff, would cause a flag as a lot of them are not as honest as one appears so.

The odaswap account is tracked constantly by jagex and jagex knows about it. Its the System itself that flagged it for being such a high amount of gp

Im calling sus still unfortunately. All it takes is 1 acc that interacts with someone who has been RWT to get daisy chained in the system (albeit they do get checked over manually when it reaches a point). On top of this, Jagex would never authorize this kind of player run service, it is very use at your own risk.
