Today I tried to make a Jagex account. I typed my email, date of birth, received a code by email, entered the code, made a nickname. At the stage of creating a nickname, the site crashed, and I reloaded it. A window appeared "Feature unavailable

Sorry, this feature is not available at the moment." I tried to create the account from start but got the same window.

Hi there, can you try making a Jagex account on your mobile phone instead? It should work the same as well

Or if you are on PC vice versa, I'd like to troubleshoot it and see if it's a device, internet or website issue

I made it on the phone and it works!!!

but now I have problem entering in game via runelite

I installed jagex launcher, and enter the runelite via jagex launcher

Once you upgrade to a Jagex account you’ll only be able to access Runelite through the launcher itself. You’ll no longer be able to log in through Runelite by itself anymore. Glad that worked out for you!
