Try to log in it keeps giving failed to log in if u click log in multipal times eventually u get in but its happening alot

Sometimes if it says failed to logon and I try again, the two factor authentication page says bad gateway

I was just coming here for this..Started noticing yesterday maybe Monday but normally I wouldn’t log out of my client hardly ever but this week I’ve had to re-log multiple times and get multiple issues from failed to login, bad gateway etc.
