hello,
so if I counted correctly there are 56 free to play worlds available , for one I do not believe there should be that many to begin with , I also believe on those worlds more then half of the player base is botting. my help/ not a overall fix, would be to cut the amount of ftp worlds in half or at least 1/3, it would cause the bots to begin to fight each other for that iron node or whatever they are doing , and in doing so either force the bots to leave or force them to buy membership , kind of a win win if you ask me , also would clean up the world list a little.

I actually agree with the spirit of what you're saying. Cutting F2P worlds and forcing bots to compete would absolutely shake things up. But realistically, Jagex probably won’t do it—and here’s why:

They’ve always bragged about having hundreds of millions of accounts created (Guinness World Record level), and those numbers include bots and throwaway alts. Reducing F2P access would hurt that stat. And when they do mass bans—like the recent one where they wiped 1.6 trillion GP—it affects the economy big-time, which they have to manage carefully.

So it’s not that your idea is bad. It’s that Jagex has incentives not to do it, because it would impact both their public stats and in-game economy more than they want.
