#Unpopular opinion after Yama quest and sailing Jagex should take a break from releasing content.

Main reason is to see the balance of things and the state of the economy. Whether it's 4 months, 8 months, or 12 months. I think a break from releasing new content is necessary and then poll the players on which next big project to release.

Main focus during this time would be community outreach an developing more content for future release and bug fixes along the way. Not to mention QOL updates.

Second focus would be holiday events for the year even if the events are copy pasta from past years the new holiday items shouldn't be copy pasta.

Then once the economy has settled and the players have been polled, and the dev team has gotten some good rest. Release the next bit of content the players voted on. 🎤

You can't change my mind that the dev team is doing amazing and deserves a break.

What would you say about rather than no new content being released that only fleshing out content would be released.
Nothing big, nothing special but instead things that flesh things out a little

I could live without an update of the latest and greatest for a bit, but I would love atleast small things like a little quest about the tea salesman in varock for instance (not my suggestion, someone else posted it)

I dont think "big update" or "small update" is necessarily that different from a work perspective, its like either way you do your work each day. Big updates are just over a longer period of time than small

as we are paying for subscriptions, I don't think we should suggest the devs to stop making content

#

also it doesn't make sense to say "take a break from making content" and then next paragraph you suggest them to focus on making content

#

we also already get qol updates between major patches, we literally got one today

And giving the economy some time to settle.

Lol this has to be like a jagex burner alt. Compared to basically every other game content is drip fed at a snails pace. Last "end game" content was arraxor added almost a year ago
