seen as all equipment achievement diary slots have already been taken including 2 different ones in the weapon slot (Wildy sword, Western banner) they could add to the cape slot with a Varlamore Quiver.

Alternative way to get an arrow/bolt saving device but you can't store them so more like a range cape.

Varlamore Quiver 1 +4 Range attack - 65% arrow save

Varlamore Quiver 2 +5 Range attack - 70% arrow save

Varlamore Quiver 3 +6 Range attack - 75% arrow save

Varlamore Quiver 4 +7 Range attack +1 Range Str - 80% arrow save

unlimited whistle teleport is better. quiver for other purpose

They could also make a set bonus for wearing multiple pieces of diary reward equipment

Since varlamore has a fair few sets with set bonuses already

The unlimited teleports would just be a perk for completing the diary's where you can enhance your said whistle, the actual piece of gear would be the quiver seen as all other equipment slots have been taken what other piece of gear could it be?

Yeah... I don't imagine they'd release the diary before releasing the whole continent. That seems backwards.
