I'm sure I read a post the other day about Law Runecrafting and it being a bit silly not being allowed into the Law Altar from the Abyss, because there isn't a monk in the Abyss to search you? Lol
They should stick a Monk inside the Law Altar to search you trying to use the portal back to Entrana that way allowing you to use all your normal RC gear for the Abyss etc.

Especially with Runecrafting through the Abyss why shouldn’t we be allowed to use our normal RC gear for Law Runes that way?
Doesn’t it make sense to have a Monk in the Law Altar to “search” you before entering through the portal to Entrana? 🤔

I'd love just "the majority of capes are allowed". I've been annoyed in early game trying to take eg ardy cloak & getting yelled at by monks
It would also be nice if the monks would tell you what item in your inventory or equipment is not allowed

I think it would be easier if 'skill' Skill Capes didn't have stats and the 'combat' Skill Capes did have stats.
You don't really need the defensive stats for Runecrafting so take the stats away and let us use them.

I know you can. But you can't use the Abyss how you would normally use it - using a pickaxe for the rock pile shortcuts, you still can't wear your RC cape if you have one etc. The Law Altar via Abyss has the same daft rules that Entrana itself has.
Re-read what I had said and it does come across like I've said you can't do it full stop, I wrote that wrong. My bad!

IMO it's generally a bit crazy that one low level quest with a somewhat interesting puzzle (killing the tree spirit) a) actually has a super easy solution since you can just bring runes & b) adds lots of annoying complexity to doing anything later on the island

Weird how the monks have someone stationed in hell, to prevent people from bringing pickaxes and capes into the law altar. Would make sense if they were instead at the exit of the altar instead
